Just a ball pen drawing of Miata's awesome Awakened Form - from the manga Claymore. 
I have a feeling that "head" of hers can clamp together when not in use. In the manga, her head is only shown with its mouth gaping wide, off course with her little angelic body in between the two "jaws".
But from the looks of the design, I think the head that I drew here is possible.

impressive detailing. some how it makes me think of an evangelion unit.
