Damn! I love using Powerd Ciel in MBACC. And by the way, that’s no typo, that’s really how her name is spelled.
The aim I had in mind when I drew this fan art of Ciel is to draw those cool tattoos she has on her body – especially her back. I had to tear her shirt to make them visible. But then I was happier drawing the torn pieces of cloth more than the tattoos. Heh! I’m not even sure if she can hold her weapon like that though.
Anyways, anyone knows why Ciel has those tats?
